Payment & Shipping for Individual Customers

Your order will be processed immediately and shipped as quickly as possible via DHL.

 

Fast Shipping

Unless otherwise specified in the product description, all items we offer are ready to ship immediately. Shipping takes place within 1–3 business days. Delivery within Germany takes place within 3–5 business days at the latest. The delivery period begins the day after the payment order is sent to the bank handling the transfer for payments made in advance, and the day after the contract is concluded for all other payment methods. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the delivery location, the period ends on the next business day.

 

Note on Returns

Return shipping within Germany costs €2.95 and will be deducted from the refund. There are no return shipping costs for exchanges.

Return shipping costs incurred for returns outside of Germany must be borne by the customer.

The delivery address can be selected independently of the billing address. You can check the availability of the item on the respective product detail page. Within Germany, shipping to Packstations is also possible.

We are able to offer orders and deliveries to Austria at a fixed price.

With an average delivery time of about 4–7 days, even last-minute orders are no problem.


Additional Information

Incorrect Address Information: If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, our customer support team will contact the customer via email. Please check your inbox periodically so that we can communicate any necessary corrections as quickly as possible.

Holidays: Our fulfillment center is closed on Christmas, New Year’s Day, and Easter, which may cause shipping to take slightly longer than usual.


Customs

Customs duties are collected by DHL on behalf of Swiss Customs upon delivery. Since the amount of the duties depends on the items ordered as well as their country of origin, the fees may vary. If you have any questions about customs duties, please contact Swiss Customs directly.
